We work hard to get your Roaactive products to you fast. Here’s how it works:

Processing: Orders ship out within 2–3 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way.

U.S. Shipping: Standard (5–7 business days) and Expedited (2–3 business days) options available at checkout.

International: 7–14 business days depending on customs. Duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays: Once your order leaves our hands, carriers handle the rest. We’re not responsible for unexpected delays, but we’ll help however we can if something goes wrong.
