Returns & Refunds

At Roaactive, we want you to love your products as much as we loved creating it. If something’s not right, no worries — we’ll make it simple.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags attached).

  • Final sale items can’t be returned or exchanged.

  • Exchanges for size or color are free within 30 days.

  • $10.00 flat rate return shipping

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once we receive your return.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for your bank to process it.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was on us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order isn’t perfect — wrong item, defective, or damaged — email us at roa@roanewyork.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right and cover return shipping.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at roa@roanewyork.com with your order number.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.

  3. Reuse your original packaging (if possible) and drop it off — that’s it.
